This issue also started around the same time that cloud saving just categorically stopped working for me. Sign in on an xbox console. Under use another account, select the microsoft account that you want to sign in with. From inside the game, choose switch account (on the home screen or wherever the profile is located). Play xbox cloud gaming (beta) on xbox.com. The problem is that when i click the sign in button on the xbox live sign in window, the button will click (momentary darker green color and depressed graphic until left click is released), but not actually do anything.
